"Wir waren eine Woche da. Zu viert im familienzimmer mit 2 Kindern . Das Frühstück war gut und die Zimmer sauber. Das Personal war auch freundlich und konnte gut englisch. Die Lage ist auch optimal um den Gardasee oder den iseosee zu besuchen. "

Ho prenotato una notte presso questa struttura ma per un disguido tecnico del sito la mia prenotazione non è andata a buon fine anche se mi era arrivata la conferma. Luca si è preso carico del mio problema ed invece di rispondermi di non potermi aiutare e di rivolgermi al supporto tecnico del sito (come spesso mi è capitato in altri hotel) mi ha trovato una stanza in un altro hotel di livello.
