"There were big blood stains on the carpet and things in the room were not cleaned very well overall. The breakfast is supposed to be till 9:30 but most of it was cleaned up around 9:15. The young gentleman was very kind and professional when we checked in the but the lady that checked us out did not have the same level of professionalism. "The place is being remodeled and it's lot of mess all around in door and out door. Second breakfast was Continental not full service. But the rooms are big and new."

"The breakfast was amazing. The staff were helpful and attentive. The pool was closed so that was a big disappointment. The outdoor upkeep was lacking but that’s not a big deal to me. The pillows and bed were very nice but the towels are very scratchy. We will stay here again when we come back to Watkin Glen."

"Clean, nice staff and easy to navigate. Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. Could have done without 730 am bagpipes outside room, but otherwise nice."

"Surface of the tv stand and desk were sticky. Breakfast lady was not to pleasant , would allow me to make my own waffle, idk maybe was because the waffle machine was broken. Set up is to complicated and people don’t know where to go."
