"Room itself was ok, BUT water in the shower was intermittent at best. You felt lucky if you fought a moment with enough pressure for shower. Electric kettle was provided but the moment you turn it on it shuts down electricity for the entire floor. After two tries I just bought the tea in the bar. "

"Room is very tired and the shower is leaking causing water everywhere. Hotel refused to change a room, it was still leaking next day after they claim it was fixed. This hotel is 3 star at best. Not only they’re kidding themselves by call ing them 4 star, it means I have pay more city tax (variable depends on star rating). On the plus side they provide free breakfast and the location is great. "

"The room was awful, there is no AC and the window would not open. The show was not usable. I could not get the lights to work when dark/at night. I requested another room and was ignored. I asked that no staff come into the room; 2 x staff did. My credit card was taken from bag and used. MY expensive brown leather bag was ruined when staff moved it onto cleaning chemicals or soap-water, saturating a corner of the bag. I hated this stay. WORST in Rome. The staff is RUDE and made anti-America comments."
