Only downside is the room could have been better cleaned and the floors especially bathroom area where theres still dirt/stain on tiles and in-between tiles(grout) which would need to get steam cleaned. Overall I would consider coming back if rooms are well cleaned."

"We were disappointed with our stay due to multiple problems. Check-in was super frustrating, we never received the expected text for mobile check-in, and when I got through on the phone they told me you can only check in through text. They can’t do it over the phone, which makes no sense in a mountain town where cell service is spotty. It took almost half an hour to get the text then go through their online system to finally get another text with the code. A creek was actively flowing directly...

"The Hotel near the lake is fairly quiet. Great blinds, curtains, large bathtub in my upstairs room. WiFi didn’t work in my room, it was a slight inconvenience for me, I guess that it’s down, not strong enough or something. The room is spacious. I was very comfortable. View of the lake was nice. There was construction during my stay but it was bearable. I highly recommend booking direct and save lots!"

"Our 2nd time staying here and won't be the last. Very affordable right in the middle of town on Big Bear Blvd. Walking distance to most restaurants. Staff is EXCELLENT and very friendly. Facilities and rooms are clean and comfortable. I would like a slightly larger tv in the bedroom but that's not a deal breaker for us."

"The room did not have a lot of amenities. Some basic necessities, such as an iron, an ironing board, and a coffee maker were not included in our room. The bed was very unstable and shifted when someone sat down or lay down in the bed. The ground at the foot of the stairs was dangerously uneven and with the puddles of water and snow, it was very dangerous. The lobby area had an unpleasant odor. It could’ve used air freshener and maybe some fresh flowers. For the cost of the room, I would’ve...

"Gorgeous property right on the lake! Easy walking to the marina for boating activities and super close to town and restaurants and the village! The restaurant on site Del Nonna is super fun and yummy and you can eat in a bubble dome. Highly recommend at night when the little twinkling lights are on. We came for spring break and luckily came on the first day that the lake opened the only thing that was a disappointment was the complimentary bikes weren’t available to use."

"The rooms were clean and so quaint, very roomy, nice hot showers, and the fireplace/heater worked great! The staff were each do delightful & friendly. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious!! Definitely worth the stay. Thank you for the complimentary popcorn/drinks/tea. We had an amazing stay "
