"The cabin is in a great location right by the resort. It does need some attention though as the rooms are freezing and there were no space heaters. The big heater only heats the hallway and kitchen so bring something to keep warm at night in the bedrooms. The shower barely works, most of the water fills the tub and doesn’t come out of the shower head. Also there is very limited hot water so if you have more than 2 people staying here showering can be time consuming while you wait for the heater...

"My stay here was perfect! Our cabin was incredibly cozy and exactly what me and my partner were looking for in Big Bear! It was walking distance from the village center, the lake, coffee, and breakfast! I enjoyed everything from the in-cabin fireplace, the pool, jacuzzi, the lounge for perfect for reading, and on top of that the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful whenever I had a question or needed something (like extra towels). I would recommend The Burgundy to anyone staying in Big Bear, and I will definitely be coming back! :)"

"David at the Front Desk was great!!! The property is amazing! it is my 3rd time staying here. My family and I loved it! is like moving into a well mantain appartment! the 2 bedroom Suite with full kitchen is beautiful! The grounds are gorgeous! and the lobby is so pretty! Is like walking into a well mantained house, they offerd coffee and it was a fire place is so cozy! we love it! We will continued to come stay here everytime we come to Big Bear!"

"One of the nicer places to stay in big Bear. Offer a decent breakfast. Two kinds of scrambled eggs, bacon one day the other day sausage. Fresh made pancakes, danishes, and toast. live music plays on Friday and Saturday nights from 6 to 9 in the on-site bar."

"Our experience at the Estate house property was exceptional. Not only was the location perfect, but the customer service by Patrick was superb. Patrick was very prompt with his responses whenever I had any questions or concerns. He met with us when we arrived at the property on the first day to give us a brief tour of the house and was very cordial. I have stayed at other properties in Big Bear but nothing beats the experience I had on our stay at the Knickerbocker Mansion and Estate. Patrick definitely made the experience much more pleasant with his quintessential customer service he provides to his clients. He seems very genuine in wanting to help. I will definitely recommend it and I’ll definitely stay here again for our next visit at Big Bear."
