"Perfect location. Very close to the Main Street with all the shops. No need to drive a car. The staff working are very friendly. The room I had was older than the photos online. The fridge did not have a handle and was old. The carpet is also old with some stains. I had a second level room and the stairs are not wide. The bathroom could use some spiffing up. Location was great, an easy walk to restaurants on the water and shopping/dining in downtown Falmouth. The cost was reasonable. We'd come back to the Town & Beach when traveling to MV. "
