"Location was good. The water had bacteria who couldn’t swim. Staff seemed to be a little stressed perhaps understaffed a bit. Couldn’t check until a little bit later. The toilet was not working properly or something."

"The stay was overpriced. The fact we could hear the toilet flushing from upstairs for the price was a bit silly. Don’t stay in 921. The room was nice but I did find as I was plugging in my phone to charge trash behind the nightstand. Cleaning could be improved. Would I stay again. NO!"

We appreciated the complimentary beverages in the lobby and the sparkling water provided in the room—it was a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many great shops and restaurants. The pool was also a great place to relax. Free Parking and a good location 10 minutes from town all were very positive. the down side : NO Staff! no one to check you in or out, no one to help with anything or make any recommendations. fully self service made it feel very low end unfortunately"

"The location is fantastic. Sure the rooms are small in size but it's a historic building and they make up for it in charm and comfort. The bed is so incredibly comfortable. Alicia was at the front desk and assisted with our check in. She was friendly, engaging and helpful in showing us all the great features of the hotel and offered suggestions for things to enjoy around town. I will definitely be staying here again."
