" When we entered the room, we noticed hairs on the floor, which made the room feel unclean. Also, Checking in we had to wait at the front desk because there was nobody in there. The front desk staff initially directed us to a room, but the key card did not work, so we had to return to the desk to ask what happened. He had written “239,” but it was not clear, and the actual room was 234. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, and unfortunately, there was no apology for the mistake. We hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences."
