A baseball team of sorts was making a huge amount of noise in the hallway outside our room. When I went out to see what was going on, there were around 20 kids and several adults outside. The adults were drinking and eating pizza while the kids were playing baseball in the hallway.
I asked them to quiet down, mentioning that people were trying to sleep, but the noise continued for hours. I also called the front desk multiple times. The front desk attendant said she left a note for the front manager and then repeatedly put us on hold each time we called to report that the noise hadn’t stopped. The best they said they could do was leave a note for the manager tomorrow.
The party went on late into the night, and unfortunately, nothing was done to address the situation.
The next day, basically told us the manager may hopefully be in contact with us.
Definitely one of the worst hotels we have stayed at. Don’t bother with this place, there staff will not do anything even if the place is chaos
