"I am very disappointed in choosing this hotel. I was given a miserably small room on the first floor. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, therefore I had to leave the window open to cool the stuffy room. I am not sure if the rooms soundproofing is of any good, but because of my open window, my sleep was disturbed in the middle of the night either by drunk passers-by or Madrids Sanitary Department collecting rubbish. The only positive thing I can mention about this hotel...

"Este es el mejor hotel desde que me he quedado en Madrid desde la primera vez que vine, me encanto te tratan con especial atencion y parece un pequeño hotel pero no lo es, los servicios son geniales y los cuartos bellisimos, la cama muy comoda y especialmente los desayunos son una locura lo ricos que son.
