"From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The staff were helpful, the room was lovely, and everything was just right. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend it to friends"

"El apartamento como tal está bueno pero no me gustó que en toda la estancia no te hacen la habitación no te reponen nada no cambian toallas no ponen más papel en fin no van más a la habitación"

"excellent place for up to 6 people. Very clean and modern The area is very nice with many restaurants and shops in walking distance."

"Really disappointed. Room wasn't made up when we arrived. Didn't have enough towels, pillows and no bedding for the sofa bed. Power went off whilst we were there, booked late check out and staff then locked us out of room. Was back and forth to reception throughout our stay. Whilst waiting for our pick up, my 8 year old needed the toilet. Asked at reception and was told didn't have toilets, asked what we should do and was basically told tough! 8"

"Good location in Little Havana. The bathroom is small. If you ever owned an RV or trailer it’s like that. Finagling yourself on the toilet and taking a shower are an interesting challenge. Plus the walls are thin and could hear the neighbors 5 am music being played - not ideal. But it’s clean & had a small kitchenette, which was nice."

"Luis in the reception when we checked in was great, the room was very clean and de the breakfast for just small hotel was great!!"

"Everything was awesome, the staff at the restaurant/bar were amazing."

"Great place, quiet, and clean. Parking was a plus!"

"Honestly nowhere close to the listing. Not sure why it’s listed as luxury when there was nothing luxury about it. The washer and dryer were out of order. The microwave was not clean. Stains all over the walls. Mold on some of the air-vents for a/c that my friend got sick from. Shower was grimy and not clean at all. Plenty of furniture broken upon arrival. No forks to use. Found 2 cockroaches. And to make matters worse, when brought up to the host they suggested us to move rooms and TOLD me that...

"Needed a code but couldn’t get on. Called owner? No help. Midnight and raining and finally used my pen knife to pop the lock. Soaked and the thermostat was locked at 66 deg F. Got a severe cold that ruined my 3 week vacation. Avoid"

"I would recommend this stay in Wynwood and will hopefully be able to stay here again. Amazing price for how great the room was. Very close to everything in the area. host was very quick to respond and check in was super easy. Pool was spacious and clean. Lots of open seating with umbrellas. There is no bar by the pool or in the building, however it was very relaxing and plenty of bars nearby. The kitchen area provided ample dishes, glasses, and silverware. The room itself came with dishwasher...

"Overall, it’s a super cozy and beautifully decorated room in a nice area where everything is easily accessible! My stay was for 2 nights and there were some minor issues that did affect my experience. The shower drain wasn’t properly draining, causing me to shower in ankle deep water which wasn’t pleasant. I tried to communicate this with the host but was met with no response until the following day, in which no one came to check or assess the issue. Also, The remote was hard to utilize due to a...

"This is a jewel in Miami. Please book the suites because they are awesome. It’s worth the price"
