"From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The staff were helpful, the room was lovely, and everything was just right. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend it to friends"

"Really disappointed. Room wasn't made up when we arrived. Didn't have enough towels, pillows and no bedding for the sofa bed. Power went off whilst we were there, booked late check out and staff then locked us out of room. Was back and forth to reception throughout our stay. Whilst waiting for our pick up, my 8 year old needed the toilet. Asked at reception and was told didn't have toilets, asked what we should do and was basically told tough! 8"

There is no bar by the pool or in the building, however it was very relaxing and plenty of bars nearby. The kitchen area provided ample dishes, glasses, and silverware. The room itself came with dishwasher...

I tried to communicate this with the host but was met with no response until the following day, in which no one came to check or assess the issue. Also, The remote was hard to utilize due to a...
