"Awesome experience, love it!"

"Good hotel for those just arrived from or departed to airport, spacious room, acceptable shopping area"

"Breakfast fairly good but full of people. Fairly run down building. One staff is not so friendly. There was incomplete shade from hotel to train station, it was raining and we were wet. "

"Very close to train station...2 minute walk. There is a very convenient 7-11 store and McDonald's within the same 2 min walk. This hotel was also very close to the Osaka Castle which was really nice because my walking Osaka tour meeting point was just a 2 minute walk across the street. The rooms are roomy and comfortable. They have a fridge (which is nice for chilling those 7-11 egg sandwiches and Japanese beer :)) and electric tea kettle. Nothing fancy here but was able to sleep comfortably and...

"I recently stayed here and had an okay stay. It's an old property but it's decently maintained even though it could use some refurbishing. The rooms are huge. I stayed in the Super Double Room and it was a very large, especially as a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable and I had no trouble sleeping. Breakfast was really good, lots of options, both Japanese and western. The location is just okay, it's far from the centre of Osaka and you cannot walk anywhere, but the subway is nearby which was...

"Cleanliness 5/5, Staff 5/5, & Bathing Tub 5/5. Breakfast is not applicable for us"

"Extremely convenient location with fantastic views of either the inlet or the park. Check in and check out was easy. Room was dated, needed updating, and smelled like Body Odor. They had amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, washcloths, etc."

"I am to express my sincerely thanks to the hotel staff and helping us to accommodate 13 bicycle case. Your help is extremely needed. I will rate this hotel 5 stars. Good location and clean."

"My stay at this hotel was excellent! The Master bedroom exceeded my expectations, the view was great. The staff was very friendly and professional. While checking in, I noticed the trainee badge on the front desk staff member - I thought she did an excellent job her first week! Also, the gym is very well equipped. It almost has every machine/equipment you would need for a workout. Unfortunately, the pool and spa was under renovation but hopefully the next time I visit it will be done! It...
