Spacious, elegant rooms, and very comfortable bedding, good wifi with lots of places to charge your devices, Lovely common areas, well used by people enjoying the bar and daily ‘cosy’ hour, the excellent buffet breakfast, the help of the friendly and clued up lobby staff. And a generally enjoyable buzz. Recommend highly."

"CitizenM was the perfect place for our stay. The hotel features smart room technology, meaning all the room functions, lights, temperature, and TV, are controlled through an app on the iPad provided in the room. The room itself is compact, but cleverly designed to make the most of the space. We had a great view of the city and there was still plenty of room for two people to share comfortably. The bathroom is a pod-style design, which helps maximise the room space. There is a room which is dedicated to ironing (mega helpful to know) and this is shared by the floor. The reception area is also an open-plan bar and breakfast area, with lots of spaces to relax throughout the day. There are plenty of workspaces, as well as games and books to keep you entertained. The staff were lovely and very helpful, and overall it was a fantastic hotel experience. Definitely one I’ll book again when I visit Copenhagen."

"If you have the time, indulge in the all-you-can eat breakfast served from 4:30am til 10am. There is a wide variety of items to choose from! The hotel room is very comfortable and the receptionist was even able to accommodate us with an earlier check-in. For a reasonable charge, we were able to our check-out delayed til 4 pm! We’ll definitely stay here again in the future! "
