"Went for our honeymoon and the Whaler didn’t disappoint. The room was clean and set up pretty well. The communication and follow up was the best I’ve experienced, we wanted to experience a bunch of local spots and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location is perfect. Accused of smoking in the room and threatened to be charged $500 just as we checked out and it was Neighbor suite, everyday most of the day, pool code given was wrong. Elevator out until last day but the Kona low was cause and won’t blame them. Room is great, location is great, but management group is poor! "
