"The staff was very nice and helpful; however, we drug, all of our luggage into the lobby to check in only to find out that checkin was not in the same building as the hotel room. So we had to load everything back up again and drive to the other building. At the other building, it was very convenient.Having a store and access to the kids pool.However, there was no hotel people in that building to help with things. "We returned after honeymooning 20 years ago. We stayed in Wailea before. This time we enjoyed the close proximity of the whaler village and their restaurants along with the ability to cook with the fully stocked kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful Wonderful place and will try to stay here again. Hopefully not another 20 years before we are back to beautiful Maui 😊"

"The windows in the suit do not have screens, and I talked to the hotel. They spent about 90 minutes in and out of the room and told me they cannot find the right size of screen for the windows. Also the carpet is very old and dirty and has a moldy and rotten smell, hurt my throat, and difficult to breath. Also all the window sills are very dirty. It is not in a livable condition.
