"I booked a room online and paid with a card at that time. There were instructions as well as an email sent to me which include check in times/office hours until 10 pm. We got there about 20 minutes before 10 pm to find the office locked. On the door, a piece of paper where the office hours had been altered by scribbling out "10pm" with a sharpie and replacing it with "9pm.""

"Absolutely fantastic till whoever is in the room above me keeps playing tag so loud I asked desk they said they where sending noise complaint instead it got louder, shame because the room is fantastic the desk people the best just to dang noisy it’s 9 pm not 2 pm will rethink staying here again "
