"When we arrived we found that the TV didn’t work. Called the front desk and the person came down. She didn’t have any idea what the problem was and she tried everything I had already done. So no TV the entire stay. The manager authorized a $15 off the stay. After they told me it was a simple fix and made it seem like it was operator error. The manager didn’t even call herself, she had the morning guy call me after we already left to deliver the “good news” of the refund. The floor was obviously...

"Nice big room. Clean and I really appreciated the mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Friendly and easy check-in. Close to your room parking."

"We were provided a room right away when we checked in however, when we opened the door it was immediately seen that the room had not been cleaned and the beds were unmade. We then went to the front desk where he apologized and gave us a new room. When we went into that room, it was turned over however, the comforters were stained with what looked like blood, there was trash in the nightstand drawers, footprints on the wood headboards, yellow stained towels along with just an overall dirty feel....

"Well I will let you know it is the cheapest hotel in all of Bishop. I know it's not the Ritz-Carlton or any higher end hotel, but it does the trick if you're on a budget. The AC was cold, the water pressure was good and The temperature was hot. And for the most part, it was a clean room. I will know that the floors were a little bit dirty cuz every time I walked on it barefoot, there was a dark smoot over it. Also the noise level at night was pretty much to a minimum. "The staff was helpful and friendly at check in. Our only issue was the bed. It was super soft and my husband and I kept rolling into the middle. We were bummed because we hiked to 2nd lake that day and after just wanted a place to sleep. We got up at 4 am and headed out because we didn't sleep. Cute motel but need new mattresses."

"Only reason I gave 3 is because the toilet and shower were clean and no bed bugs and it was the cheapest place in town. Otherwise would have been lower. I guess you get what you pay for. Floor was so dirty our feet were black after walking from shower to bed. So needed to rewash feet and wear shoes between bathroom and bed. Phone in room didn’t work and wifi only free for one hour. Will not be staying here again."
