Location is primium, walking distance to must visit locations Shatts bakery, Holy Smoke Texas BBQ and more. Can't wait for our next visit to the beautiful town of Bishop."

"While there is hope for this historic property, we really didn't enjoy our stay. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning in our room worked well. Unfortunately, those were the room's only real strengths. The lighting was so dim that it was impossible to read. While we didn't mind that there wasn't a television, brighter lighting would have made the room much more functional. Storage was also extremely limited, with only three hangers on a hall rack, making it difficult to unpack or...

"This was a clean and convenient place to stay. It was a bit strange checking in at the Gas Station but the staff there were lovely. All in all a nice room, the only complaint would be that the AC was in a strange location and didn't really cool down the room."

"The room was pretty rough, the flooring was a cheap laminate that is heavily warped from moisture, they really should just tile it if they aren’t going to maintain it. The shower was kinda rough too."

"Stayed twice. Both times new rooms. Owner is nice, if not chatty. Rooms were clean, cooled down quickly. Great location. The bowling alley (that serves good food) is just around the corner."
