"When I checked in and went into my room, the sofa looked soiled and was broken and wouldn’t go back in. I called the front desk and staff was aware but didn’t tell me. So I asked for another room but was told I couldn’t even though I saw other guests checking in. I asked politely if I could get a refund and was told yes by the same staff but only to find out the hotel and Expedia wouldn’t honor my refund. I asked to just keep the room if I couldn’t get my money back but my reservation was...

"The man that checked me in was quite excited about the news he was watching. Telling me about the us giving money to Ukraine and another country. He thought he should be receiving money instead."
