"Excellent stay at Hideaway. The fanciest hotel in this area with a 2025 Michelin Key. Going to Tenorio volano national park was only a 2 min drive. The grounds of the hotel are spectacular. The hotel is nestled in the rainforest and has 2 private trails to rio celeste. We got a free upgrade to a rainforest view room. We also enjoyed a complimentary yoga class with an excellent yoga teacher and a complimentary night tour with a knowledgeable guide. The staff was very friendly. The only negative point is that the restaurant is quite expensive (200-250 USD for 2 suppers depending if you get drinks/appetizers/desserts) and the food was just okay. The breakfast was quite tasty though. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay very memorable."

"We have stayed at Nayara Springs many times. The property has been designed to think of every detail and it is truly first class which is why it continues to get multiple awards including several years as the top resort in Central America. The property and amenities are so nice there is no need to leave but if you desire to do so it is located near many activities and the staff can arrange those for you. The staff assists with every detail and does everything in their power to make your time with them memorable and special. We will return again and highly recommend this property."

"We loved our stay!!! I’ll start by saying, we loooved the staff! They were all incredible. Very helpful, attentive and friendly. Always with a smile. They provided very helpful information about places to visit and tours we could do. We also loved our room. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. It was also spacious and comfortable. The room had these huge windows we could open and see the hummingbirds flying around. These windows also faced the volcano and the view was spectacular. Outside there’s a small sitting area located in the middle of all the bungalows which is nice to sit and listen to the birds. There was parking and there is a restaurant on the property. They provide free breakfast which is always nice to have. They are pretty close to town by car and close to restaurants and sodas (sodas are like diners that sell inexpensive food). The only thing we weren’t too excited about were the beds because they were too firm for our liking. Other than that if you are a nature lover and want to be away from the commotion but driving distance to everything, this is the perfect place for you. We recommend it 100%"
