"Hôtel au top ! Nous avons réservé une chambre Deluxe avec un très grand lit pour 6 nuits lors de notre séjour découverte à New York à deux, et nous avons été extrêmement satisfaits. La chambre était spacieuse, lumineuse, avec un grand lit et une grande télévision. La chambre ainsi que l’ensemble de l’hôtel étaient très propres et bien entretenus, avec un service de ménage quotidien. Le personnel était accueillant et chaleureux. L’hôtel dispose également d’une petite salle de sport très agréable...

"Lovely small hotel on upper west. Quiet. We loved the adjoining pastry shop for our morning coffee, lattes, yogurt, muffins, croissants and quiche. We’d definitely stay there again. "

"No water for 4 days until 4, the staff were really rude specially Aisha was rude when the service was requested. This is worse staff experienced ever had. The staff was not motivated to work. Breakfast menu was great. "

"The area was safe, had a nice view of the water and NY skyline and had a ton of dining options within walking and a short drive. Our first time to NYC and the bus there was easy to navigate. Driving around wasn't that bad either. Front desk staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was clean , had some updates and the beds were comfortable. Only issues were that the hallway was smelly and dark. Would recommend for a family traveling to NYC that doesn't want to stay in city"

"Wonderful experience from start to finish. Close to everything. Great staff, great room, great proximity. Train next door did not bother us at all. Blended in with the sounds of NYC! Would stay here again. Our room was late by about 30 minutes with being ready, but we are flexible and know things happen. Worth the wait for the cleanliness that was provided."
