"Beautiful historical building and excellent professional and knowledgeable staff. Spotless rooms with tea and coffee facilities in the room. We were made to feel very welcome and took advent of the roof terrace on sunnier afternoons. Breakfast is available and looks great although not catering for plant based diets."

"Our room was overlooking the park and it was beautiful. The location is superb. The check-in process was slightly funky due to having to locate the main hotel when we were staying in a suite in a different building, but it was not a big issue. Room was comfortable but be warned that the espresso maker in the room must be turned off after your cup is poured. Delicious coffee though. If you want to see the Alcazar book in advance! Beware the audio tours of the Cathedral for being overpriced....

"This is by far the best staff we’ve ever met. They pampered us during our stay, guide and befriended us as well. The hotel is beautiful and located in the heart of town. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, big showers (conveniently separated from the toilet!), hardwood floors. The breakfast is EXQUISITE!!! What a treat!!! We can’t recommend this place enough. "

"The apartment was lovely! Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The kitchen area was a lovely surprise, especially the snacks and drinks that were included. The location was very centrally located and walkable to many tourist sites. It was a great space and I would've liked to have stayed longer than a quick overnight. The main down side is that check in is located a ten minute walk away from the property. You have to pull your luggage across cobblestone streets from one place to the...
