"What a wonderful stay at the heart of Los Angeles. Sparkingly clean room. Helpful staff. The only downside is the breakfast being too simple for a full day ahead, but nothing surprising since we knew what to expect from others' reviews. All in all, there are not many, if any, better hotels in the neighbourhood in terms of cost benefits."

"My stay was great after maneuvering the road closures due to an event nearby. The location is excellent; across from the Walt Disney Concert Hall. The staff was professional and extremely friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the choice of favorite pillow, extensive. The drinks at the bar were on point, with a beautiful view. The breakfast we had was delectable! It was a wonderful stay!"

"Stunning hotel and loved the rooftop bar. I went up to do some work in the morning (still on East Coast time), and it was peacefully quiet. I got to enjoy the stunning view of The Eastern and watch the sunrise. By lunchtime, the roof was buzzing with people and had a completely different vibe. Both experiences were well worth it. The staff was particularly lovely, and I could easily walk to many great coffee shops, museums, and eateries--and don't skip Santee Alley! I know downtown gets a bad...

It’s beautifully decorated, centrally located and within walking distance to so many restaurants, entertainment venues and within a short ride to all that Los Angeles has to offer. "The stay was LOUD. Glad they provided earplugs, definitely had to use them. Refrigerator was watery inside, needs a bit of work. That being said, the location and overall stay were a big positive. The staff is nice and helpful."
