"We booked this property last minute, since our initial reservation at another hotel was cancelled by the host and left us stranded. What a gem! It was very clean, modern, friendly staff who allowed early check in, and excellent location to walk around Lecce. Would highly recommend. "

"Decided on a last minute stay to see Lecce. The hotel is small but very spacious & clean, easy to find with great service from friendly and helpful staff. We had pre booked parking so after easily finding the hotel, our luggage was whisked out and the car taken for us. In the old city, everywhere was an easy walk - good in 31 degree heat - and the hotel helped us with a fabulous restaurant recommendation & booking. Not the cheapest on offer but you certainly get what you pay for."

"The villa is beautiful and the owner and his staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is IDEAL since it is on the edge of the historic center and you have gated parking in the front drive of the villa. It was so easy to come and go with our car to visit other parts of the region. In the evenings it was just a short five minute walk to get to the historic center of Lecce. The breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to this area."

"The place is super nice, the rooms are very big and have everything you need in your stay. The location is super well located as it in the middle of the old and the new part of the city, you can go walking in both sides. "The host and hostess were exceptionally helpful and accommodating to our needs! Gianluca was so helpful with parking, bar and restaurant suggestions and helping plan our road trip through Puglia! Breakfast by Gianluca’s sister, was basically made to order with whatever you wanted and no limits for cappuccino etc. beautiful fresh foods served to your table in the lovely rooftop terrace overlooking part of the old city. Great location!!!"

"Hotel is in amazing location within the old city. Surrounding area offers lots of eateries and charming shops. Staff was very helpful, kind and hospitable. Nice breakfast in the back garden. Highly recommended 15th century palazzo with modern amenities. If you wish to visit a beach - go to visit Mora Mora, recommend by hotel. It was lovely safe and offered a nice eatery. "

"I booked this place that was rated a 10/10 but only based on one person’s rating. So, I gave it a shot with some reservation. I am very pleased that I did, because it was a real gem. The property was amazing, right in the old part of Town with lots of charm. The room was large and comfortable and very clean. They made a great daily breakfast that was amazing. Their staff were as nice as the location. NO HESITATION to go back or recommend it to anyone. Great spot. "

"Hadde tre fine dager i Lecce, på besøk hos familie. En helt fantastisk mottakelse av Elisa, hun anbefalte mange gode restauranter i byen. "O hotel é sensacional!!! Muito bem localizado no centro histórico, a poucos passos da Duomo. ele está a 5 minutos a pé da estação central de trem. A staff é extremamente educada, me deram dicas de 4 restaurantes que foram incríveis, além de dicas de passeio e da cidade. O quarto é amplo e confortável, possui sacada tanto no quarto como também no banheiro, que é um banheiro muito grande, com excelente chuveiro, os produtos de toillet são de ótima qualidade, e o secador de cabelo tem um boa...

"Had to park on street. Payment is at a box nearby. Only cost 3 euro till 9 am the following day. Easy walk to property. Had to be buzzed in. Nice large room (suite). Nice balcony. A/C worked. Host recommended an exceptional restaurant, Animaterrae, and even made the reservation. Best meal this trip! Good location in the heart of old town. Some reviews complained about the steps, those people haven’t spent much time in Italy. The steps are minimal. Excellent breakfast on the rooftop terrace. "
