"I didn't realize this was a student dorm facility that apparently they rent out during the summer months. No air conditioning in the room and it was quite warm in there. "I had a lovely stay at the Talbot Hotel Midleton in Cork. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed. The highlight was definitely the leisure centre – the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were a real treat. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the food at both the restaurant and bar was tasty. The location is great too – close to the train station and ideal for visiting Fota Wildlife Park, beaches, or Cork City."

"The staff was AMAZING… the Bellevue spa Was LOVELY and we travelled with our 3 year old (we are a mid 30s couple from Boston) and she LOVED the pool. The staff would bring everything right away no matter what you called and asked for, extra towels, espresso pods, robes- you name it!! They were all so kind, pleasant, and helpful… I would recommend this hotel to ANYONE who tells me that they are coming to Cork.
