Since we had no WiFi available we could not contact the phone number supplied and nobody sent a reply when we finally had a WiFi connection. "I had a lovely stay at the Talbot Hotel Midleton in Cork. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed. The highlight was definitely the leisure centre – the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were a real treat. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the food at both the restaurant and bar was tasty. The location is great too – close to the train station and ideal for visiting Fota Wildlife Park, beaches, or Cork City."

"The room was spotless and comfortable. The only thing that needs address (including for students that normally live there) is that there is absolutely no privacy on the higher floors. For some reason the lower floor rooms has the bottom half of the window with privacy glass but not higher up rooms meaning that rooms opposite can see right into each other unless the whole blind is pulled down!
