"Staff was helpful, sheets were clean. However the carpet smelled very bad mixed with strong chemical smell. Furniture was very dated, sweaky. Roaches and spiders were in the room. Barely spent the night and left off hotel at 0630am with coughing. It was the worst hotel experience when I was expecting a good night sleep in a four star hotel. Photos are deceiving."

"Sean was the owners son and he was just great at getting you registered and settled in. He also made a wonderful breakfast in the morning. I would stay there again."

"This hotel is more like a motel, but the room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable and clean. It's ideal if you have a dog with you as you can take him/her outside right from your room into a grassy courtyard. Right next door about 100 metres away is Regent Mall where there is a food court. I got locked out of my room by mistake and the front desk staff was very helpful getting me back in."

"This hotel is in a great location. The front reception staff were lovely, as were the staff in the breakfast room. The food was also fresh with acceptable choices. Our room was older and definitely in need of some upgrades or renos. However, the beds were comfortable and the bedding and towels were pristine."

The listing stated that breakfast would be available at 7:00 a.m. We went to the office at 7:30 a.m. to have breakfast before checking out, but no one was there.
