"The location of the hotel is very convenient. nearby a subway station. However the nearest exit to the hotel does not have an lift which cause difficulties with our big luggage. Need to use another exit. "

"This is a Beautiful Hotel. Very nice and clean. Staff is courteous. Nice that they have complimentary beverage station. Comfortable beds. The bathrooms and shower are wonderful with all the toiletries that you need! Close to Kyoto Station and great walkable distance to nearby shopping, restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay here."
