"**A lovely, welcoming stay.** The hostess was really friendly, and the room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. The location was ideal for the Portsmouth ferry, about a 15-minute walk, with a supermarket, Wetherspoons and plenty of places to eat nearby. The only minor drawback was the temporary breakfast room, which was a little cramped while the main room is being converted. We'd happily stay here again."

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the ships and Gunwharf Quay shops, cheap/free parking was another bonus. We would return to this hotel."

Window glass could use some cleaning and the cobwebs on the top left corner needed to be removed. Staffs are very nice. I had some issues trying to turn off the TV. Paid Breakfast available."
