"It was modest but had all it needed. I was impressed by the lady who checked me in. I'm a luxury hotelier myself. Well done! The pool was comfortable. The breakfast was okay. The complimentary access to next door indoor aquawater show park for 3 hours was very valuable. All indoor pools at the hotel and at the park were heated and comfortable for the end of October visit. "Arrived early Sunday morning and greeted with a very warm welcome and our room wasn’t ready but advised we would be contacted as soon as it became available. They went above and beyond our expectations and emailed to say that the room was ready When we arrived back at check in they had upgraded our room. "We had an incredible stay here for my 50th birthday. The hotel is very well located to get into the marina at Vilamoura and local golf courses with free transfers. The facilities are great, with a decent gym, indoor and outdoor pool and it sits next to the largest spa in Portugal. Food options were great too, we loved the breakfasts and evening buffet. Also, big thanks for making my birthday so special too. "

"Stayed here a few times now, the hotel is kept clean by a great team, nice to see the same staff faces. Didn't get much of a chance to use the pool area, but that was also kept clean. Breakfast the same as always, no change in items, but enjoyed what we had. Will stay again."
