We really enjoyed our stay here! The amenities were excellent, and the location made it an easy home base for visiting Faro and Lagos. Vilamoura itself is also a beautiful town to explore—definitely take an Uber or Bolt to the marina, it’s worth it! The beds were super comfortable, and having a mini kitchen was a great bonus. Our only complaint was the shower drainage, but management was quick to respond and had a plumber in to improve it, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great stay and we’d definitely come back again.

部屋は申し分なく、キッチンのアイテムもとてもよかった。 ただ、部屋の中の案内についてわからないため、メールで問い合わせをしたところ「対応する」という返事が来てそのあとに電話があり、「WELCOMEメールを見たか？」という感じの悪い電話がきた。何かあればいつでも問い合わせてというメールを送っておきながら、対応がそれでは非難を受けたと感じても仕方がない。 部屋についての使い方の説明は、部屋の中に貼ってあるとか、置いてあるなどしてほしかった。ちなみに問い合わせた内容については、ハウスルールにも書かれておらず、どこにそれが書かれていたのか未だ不明です。

Le logement était très propre même au bout d’une semaine ça sentait encore très bon, l’équipe est formidable avec une très bonne communication, il y a tout ce qu’il faut en équipements : machine à laver, machine à café, piscine etc etc pour passer un excellent séjour ! Merci pour tout et à bientôt
