"It was super cool. Parking, room, bed, bathroom, wifi and an excellent choice of food in the bar. Really enjoyed the stay. We were staying close to the stoneleigh show ground. Excellent choice. 100% will be back. The main man, the waiter, bar man, manager, host - Sumo. (Spelling not right I’m sure sorry. TOP BLOKE. Really welcoming and an excellent hotelier"

"Superb establishment with staff that goes out of the way for you to be comfortable. Really nice converted property, really clean and tidy. Bed was a little uncomfortable but all in all, excellent stay. Really simple well cooked breakfast with good quality ingredients. "This property was my style of hotel, lots of character with a charming secret garden to dine in, but very modern rooms. Even had a towel warmer! Like all European hotels, they don't provide wash cloths, but I just used the corner of a towel since I had forgotten to bring a wash cloth. Not a big deal. The room had a big fan which was very nice since I always sleep with a fan on at home. Continental breakfast was included, no hot food, but adequate for breakfast. Really good croissants! We...

"Lovely hotel and good value for the quality. Some quirky, original features reflecting the history of the building. Room very spacious. Effective A/C, very comfortable bed. Was only here for the one night so can't comment on food, but if I'm ever back in Coventry, this hotel will be on the shortlist. "

"What a treat we had! We are so used to staying a larger places that we have no real expectation. But it was lovely and quaint. They had oat milk in the room aswell as decaf tea which I never see anywhere! The breakfast was amazing, personalised to your choice. There was also a continental breakfast laid out to have on top of the hot brekkie. There was gut health yogurts and my fav Actimel aswell as the usual. Loved it!"
