"Good availability for parking, but car park could do with being resurfaced. Easy to check in and room was nice - very comfortable bed, a few quirks in the bathroom with a very low mirror over the sink that has you bent over to use and you can’t open the window to let out the steam. We had breakfast and dinner whilst here. Both meals were excellent- good choice and very tasty. Good selection of drinks as well. Was a good base for a visit to the area and would recommend "

"This is a lovely hotel in the perfect location for a visit to Christchurch. The premier room we had was huge and well appointed. The aircon was very useful in the hot weather we had. We got the early check in, which I recommend as it’s easier to find a parking spot earlier in the day. The staff were very friendly and even gave us a free welcome drink. We will definately stay here again."

"Accommodation is expensive but excellent. Restaurant service could have been more relaxed. Location is superb alongside the river. Restaurant is overpriced ! Having said that we will be back because of the excellent location and the fabulous suite we had. "

"As someone that’s always stayed in chain hotels I thought I would give something different a try and I am so happy I did! The hospitality was incredible and felt so personal and homely. The room was beautiful and everything inside was high quality. The place has a real family feel without losing any of the cleanliness and professionalism of a chain hotel. "A beautiful place to stay if you’re visiting Bournemouth or the surrounding area. Everything was perfect. Pre arrival information and communication was spot on and our reception on arrival by David and Pumpkin immediately made us feel at home. We stayed in the Spa room which I can highly recommend. "The Cliff House was an excellent resto-pub with rooms. We bagged the last room and although a bit on the small side (which he had been advised in advance), it was well appointed and scrupulously clean. The bed was very comfortable and the furnishings had a nautical theme. Food was outstanding and great value. Staff were delightful and most helpful. The beer garden was a bonus too. A great little spot overlooking the Channel. "

"Was forwarded details for self check in & clear instructions meant it was hassle free. Didn't encounter any staff during my visit, only stayed 1 night & there was a contact number provided but I didn’t need to call for any assistance. Lots of options for breakfast & room was clean & tidy. Self check out was also clearly explained. "
