"Accommodation is expensive but excellent. Restaurant service could have been more relaxed. Location is superb alongside the river. Restaurant is overpriced ! Having said that we will be back because of the excellent location and the fabulous suite we had. "

"Hi there, I was there for a one-night-stay (some funerals). The staff was nice and welcoming! The bedroom was comfortable and spacious with an excellent air-con with unforgiving hot conditions (heatwave) outside. After a train-trip impacted by the hot temperatures, it was great to arrive in this haven! Next morning, Breakfast was excellent. "A beautiful place to stay if you’re visiting Bournemouth or the surrounding area. Everything was perfect. Pre arrival information and communication was spot on and our reception on arrival by David and Pumpkin immediately made us feel at home. We stayed in the Spa room which I can highly recommend. "As soon as we arrived the staff where very welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was extremly comfortable. It was my friends birthday.
