"The hotel was in a great location for the town and plenty of free parking outside. We stayed in a standard family room 108. We stayed in the summer and the room was sweltering. You can hardly open the windows so there is no air circulating and no air conditioned. They did supply a tiny fan but it didn't really help. The bed and towels were very clean. But the overall room felt dusty and old and could do with some work. There were stains all over the walls and ceiling, the paintwork and walls...

"Charming B&B excellent accommodation great spot easy walk into Woodhallspa. Breakfast was superb. Staff and owners could not be more helpful. Plenty of parking, nice areas to sit and relax in and out of rooms. Immaculately clean. Good spot from which to walk cycle and tour. Quiet but not remote. In room refreshments aplenty and generous bathroom consumables including towels. Room airy, air con perfect given heatwave we encountered, shower big powerful and very nice. Bed huge and super comfy....

"Lovely hotel in a fabulous quiet location. We stayed for 4days the food was good but the menu didn't change in the time we were there, so not a lot of choice. Having said that the area has a number of good eating places nearby. Staff hard working and attentive. Would definitely stay again."

"Homely and welcoming accomodation in remote part of Lincolnshire. Food is only served to b and b guests, and bar is only open in evening. Perfect for visiting places such as Tattershall and Woodhall Spa"

"I was really awful experience, they just at the bar reception for check in. Then after we through, we only there in a building. When we reached they just help to open a room, and disappeared. At the entry in a room we realised the bathroom door handle is already broken, and in 30 degree hot weather, we are not able to open a windows, as it was sealed. They left an emergency contact number, no one picking the phone. I left down to the bar/reception, no one there. We want to ask to order a food...

"Well appointed and clean rooms. Dinner in the hotel was great. Breakfast was a bit chaotic with low stock and slow service. Gym and pool were well maintained."

"The food was very good (ham was delicious!) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pub had a nice friendly feel, too. Plenty of on site parking and it felt clean. The only minor quibble was the tv screen in our room was abs tiny (small). Overall, was good value."

"Lakeside&Decking that was furnished. Comfy beds. Lovely touches to lodge everything you could ask for ,home from home ,even left wine ,cake,milk for when we arrived .only downfall was no blind in main bedroom other windows had blinds .All in all we had great weather ."

"Typical static caravan, it’s dated but it’s not run down. It reminds me of holidaying with my grand parents. It’s on the main road so there are times where it’s noisy - but that can’t be helped and it’s seriously not often. Site owners are thoroughly lovely, vey kind, knowledgeable and friendly. More than happy to approach you and have a genuine chat, not just pass the time or fake charm. The rest of the guests reflect this too. Plenty of return guests and on a glorious weekend weather wise...
