"Was a little unsure of area but hotel was very safe and required key card for entry, which we loved. Staff was fantastic as was the Kickback and Breakfast. "

"Pros: easy parking and clean comfortable bed. Con: the worst customer service I have ever received. There was a snafu with the Expedia reservation not showing up on their computer so even though I had them on the phone with Expedia and showed my receipt and messages from the property they refused to allow me to check in without making a second reservation and paying again for my prepaid reservation. There was Zero help from the desk clerk or the manager the next day. Expedia was able to help me get a refund. We did get some much needed sleep. But they do not have room darkening Shades so you wake up with the sun. Also there was a mildewy smell coming out of the air conditioner."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful during my stay. The AC worked well and kept the room cool, which I really appreciated. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay."

"The hair dryer in the room didn’t work. I went down to the desk twice to ask for a different one, but no one was there either time. The box of Kleenex only had 1 tissue in it. The breakfast was probably the sparsest I’ve seen at a hotel offering breakfast. The location was good and the beds were fine. The hotel was apparently recently renovated, but that appears limited to new paint and flooring. The bathtub needs to be recaulked and the toilet tank was loose. The worst Country Inn we have ever stayed at."
