"Beautiful hotel and very kind people running the operation! Gorgeous rooms and convenient walk to the center of town. The only thing that could be improved would be better noise insulation in the rooms. "

"Out of the 3 other hotels we’ve stayed in in that area this one was the best. Very clean, comfy bed, friendly staff. And the complimentary breakfast was awesome. You can make your own waffle! Definitely will stay here again "

"Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The staff was excellent great customer service so friendly and willing to help. I just had one slight issue with the restaurant, but the manager. Casey the manger’s resolve it as soon as I bought it to her attention."

"I had an outstanding overnight stay at this hotel right in downtown Montgomery. I have a block away from the historic Union Station attached to the convention center. The room was large, modern, super clean, and the shower and other amenities were excellent. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Absolutely I recommend this hotel! "

"I had a great stay. The hotel was very clean. My bed was comfortable and the room was good. I didn’t eat any breakfast but it looked to have all you needed. The only thing I would suggest, is purchase better coffee machines. The rest of my stay was excellent. "

"We were there eight days. The staff was friendly and professional. The property was clean and well maintained. We use a Marriott Bonvoy credit card and always stay in Marriott hotels. The Prattville Courtyard was a bit dated and missing a few amenities and did not include breakfast as some newer hotels do, but breakfast was available for purchase and the breakfast staff and Tina were exceptionally nice. We would certainly stay there again. "
