"We only spent one night at this hotel but wished that we could have stayed longer! The suite was huge and had every amenity we needed. It was literally across the street from the King of Prussia Mall and the restaurant beside was a fantastic fondue spot! Parking was easy (and free) and we would stay here again without hesitation."

"Room was clean, breakfast was a plus, however a lot of families checking in and the pool isn’t that big nor is anyone cleaning it. Nice place for a quick get away but consider the date if you’d like to swim in the pool, I went on 4th of July. It was pretty full, too many kids at once."

"Our experience was disappointing. The staff were rude, our room wasn’t ready until about four hours after the stated check-in time, and we found it to be really dirty. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Property was very close to the mall which was great but was very dated and tired looking. It needs a refresh."

"Kemonnie was the lady who checked us in. She was super helpful and kind. Good thing to know is that you have to pay for parking. I was surprised to see the bathroom, it had a sliding door opposed to one that locks and I found hair in the towels. the breakfast was fine, your choice of waffles, eggs (hard boiled and scrambled), bacon, yogurt, fruit, cereal, and pastries. The room did have a microwave and refrigerator that which was great."

"The property was conveniently located near Valley Forge, The King of Prussia Mall and connecting expressways to New Jersey and Downtown Philadelphia. The breakfast was good and parking was easy. We had asked for a crib which did not appear until our second night at the property, although we had reserved it in advance. On our last night some sludge creeped into our bathtub. The maintenance folks showed up the following day. We were offered to change rooms, but the new room didn't meet our needs....

"Overall, the place needs some work. Cleanliness was not up to par. Elevator was problematic and overall didn't meet expectations for even a quick trip."

"Breakfast was not available in the building during our stay. Asked for a second coffee pod and housekeeping brought it an hour and half later. Front desk staff was not able to provide any assistance"

"Terrible smell throughout the entire building. AC was set at 60 and blowing warm air. Bed was very uncomfortable. Sketchy people hung around outside the building."

"I would not recommend staying here I would have rather slept in my car. I actually booked a different hotel and stayed somewhere else. They would not refund me but i was not staying there ."
