" We had a wonderful stay at Mine Hotel in Buenos Aires. It’s a charming boutique hotel with a warm, inviting feel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was included and offered a nice variety, with some items made to order, which we really appreciated. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The location is excellent—you can easily walk to so many great restaurants, shops, and attractions, which made exploring the city very convenient. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend Mine Hotel to anyone visiting Buenos Aires! "

" The electrical plug is not necessarily included in the international multi plug adapters. The ARA Hotel/Apartment was booked and accessible via WhatsApp text instructions. The remote Reception Team was very responsive and helpful. The front door had a login code, the apartment key was in a locked key box in the lobby. Passport verification with cell phone photo copies, checkin instructions and codes were all communicated via WhatsApp. Housekeepers are the only staff on site. Appliances, utensils for dining and cooking were all available in the kitchen. The queen size bed was firm and the linen was nice. The AC was a little noisy! Extra towels were requested via WhatsApp and received promptly! This property is located at Palermo, Buenos Aires. Food markets and a pharmacy are all within a block. The neighborhood is leafy, pedestrian safe (including at night) and filled with plenty of dining choices. Bus lines are nearby and Uber was quick to appear. A little bit of living local which we enjoyed! "

"We had issues with the keys or and not abler get into the room for about 3 hours. Manager was not available until 2 hours into the incident. This happened at 10:30 pm and I was unable to get into the room until 2:00 am."
