I love staying here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The bay has many restaurants of all kinds and there is a shopping mall across the street. The spa is fantastic and the showers in the room are huge. This is a great place. I have stayed here three times and will again.

The hotel itself and surrounding area was fine. Great on-site restaurant and the breakfast buffet was good. But I didn’t realize how far from Buenos Aires it actually was, so it wasn’t convenient for sight-seeing.

The room was spacious and the balcony view was great. There's no enough parking space in the hotel or nearby so it took some time to get a parking spot. Also, the swimming pool is too small for the amount of rooms, and there are not enough chairs outside. We also had to wait for breakfast. Staff was really helpful and respectful. We liked the spa and the massages.

Nice hotel, area, views and personnel friendliness. BUT, I’ve been here a few years back and this hotel is starting to look tired. Wear and tear is showing everywhere and also the lack of investment and attention to detail is pretty evident. I’d suggest the owners to start investing more before it’s too late or irreversible. Not a deal breaker yet though.

Room and hallway smelt like sewage at time of check in. Front desk agent/manager walked the hallway and sleeping room. He agrees sewage smell. He said other rooms “dirty” can not change rooms. I had to wait until morning. We had opera, lunch, museum, and dinner planned next day. Front desk-manager in the morning said new room ready in 1 hour. It was NOT ready. This caused missing opera, museum, late for lunch and dinner. but Once new room #318 given after long delay. 1. Closet broken 2. No bath mat or bath Linens 3. Cold water in shower Housekeeping had to come to the room #318 3 times. This caused delay and missing what planned. Hotel said Expedia had to handle it not hotel.

I really appreciated the front desk help and how nice they were to us and attentive. The rooms however need to have a better upkeep. In our first room the curtains were broken and in our second room the main phone did not work. The carpet was dirty and full of stains so it looked unclean.

Beautiful area with lots of trendy shops and restaurants nearby. Best to have a car or be prepared to walk as not very Uber friendly location. AC in our room was not working. Breakfast buffet and restaurant were exceptional.

Because of a big storm, the inner warm pool wasn't able at the hotel. And the rest of the spa services about the water flow neither. The rest of the hotel very awsome, but we came to enjoy spa activities.

The staff was wonderful. The view from the floor to ceiling windows was beautiful. I wish there was a way to open at least a part of the windows for a breeze. The room was a little old, but not dirty. The spa was an experience not to miss. It was great to have so many restaurants to walk to, and shops and a mall so close.

The property is in need of repairs everywhere. Door rooms, bathrooms, air conditioning, lack of proper maintenance eveywhere. The swimming pool is a risk for health.
