Almost excellent

Very clean, new, comfortable furniture. Had a corner room with large balcony, almost on top floor with view on stadium. The 360 degree roof top terrace with garden, sunchairs, pool is phenomenal. Gym also well equipped. The only thing I dont understand is why it is not possible to turn off the light in the balcony, as it brightens up the rooms all night and feels like its daylight all night.

This is a scam offering. They will take your money and won’t reply to your messages. I had this rental and had to be in call with expedia for 4 hours to book another propery in the last minute. They responded to my check in request 15 days later and said we have been waiting for you since your check in date. Absolute scam. Avoid!

Apartment and building is nice. Just a couple things about the apartment would have done it 5 stars. 1. Bathroom door is damaged at the bottom from getting wet from the shower, and is hard to open/close. 2. No power outlets available around the bed/night stands to charge phone, electronics, etc. Besides that, the building is nice, and price is fair. I would definitely come back.

Boa localização. Prédio bonito.

Hospedamos no local por ser o mais próximo que encontramos para a largada da maratona de Buenos Aires. O prédio é bom.Tem piscina, academia, é bonito e fica em uma avenida movimentada, próximos a cafés, sorveterias, restaurantes... recomendo. A sacada dá um pouco de receio, porque "é aberta", o vidro vai até a altura da cintura. Quando reservei não vi que a arrumação não era diária e que não tinha café da manhã, mas a limpeza ocorreu no terceiro ou quarto dia e logo abaixo, na avenida, há varias cafeterias. Foi tudo muito tranquilo.

Excelente todo. La comunicación fue muy clara para el proceso de check in y check out Excelente el estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad. La atención del personal de recepción de Top Rentals y del personal del Edificio. El hecho de que el edificio tenga recepción 24 hs y estacionamiento es un gran plus. El apartamento muy lindo y espacioso. Preciosa vista. Muy limpio.

Très bon endroit mais service à améliorer

Le logement avait tout ce qu’on voulait : une salle de sport avec du bon matériel, une piscine à bonne température et un ensemble d’assez bonne qualité (bien localisé aussi). Par contre il a fallu relancer trois fois pour avoir des serviettes supplémentaires (pour le sport), la Clim est régulièrement en panne à la salle de sport, on attend toujours la réponse pour avoir le wifi à la salle de sport, et malheureusement le rideau occultant dans la chambre n’occulte pas du tout la lumière (heureusement qu’on avait des masques pour les yeux).
