"The property is beautiful and very well located, but the staff are truly incredible. Merijn was wonderful and managed to remember our name and room number after seeing us once, and major shout out to Halil for saving us when we left our passports in the safe (and then checked out and left, we realized at the train station!). "I was on a business trip and was looking for a peaceful night at this hotel. But there was a massive carneval party right outside the hotel. First of all the hotel entrence was locked. Had to call someone to open for me and to check me in. Then I went out to get some dinner, but the rear entrence was locked again. The hotel was in some sort of shut down mode. They should have closed it for these days when party was ongoing. Also the breakfast was simple and tasteless. The room was very cold"

"I booked a standard room online. But when I checked in, I switched to a junior suite. It was in fact just like a deluxe double room in Asian hotel standard. The shower room was rather basic and the toilet has an aweful smell all the time. It's not a clean enough room. The breakfast was terribly expensive, booked online @€18.5, but my friend who did not book online has to pay €24. It's not worth it, the cheese slices were dry, only one kind of cold cut ham, without any fish."

"Room and service is outstanding of this hotel. Only the guests are extremely loud until 03.00am in the morning whether in the surrounded room or outside in front of the windows, that its difficult to get asleep. Furthermore, cigarett smokes comes throught the air conditioning. As the AC also heats in the winter you cannot simply switch off. "
