"This beautiful iconic hotel pays attention to detail in every room we have stayed. Always clean and spacious."

"The hotel is located in a rundown area, and the photos don't accurately reflect what you actually get. My daughter did not feel safe staying there, so I asked if we could move to their sister hotel and offered to pay any difference in price. Despite both properties being owned by the same company, they declined to accommodate the request. I found that response disappointing and felt it reflected poor customer service. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations."

"We checked in after midnight and a long drive or we would have found another room or place to stay…. The bathroom and shower had ants and other bugs. It didn’t drain when showering so having inches of water to shower in was not ideal.. We were just there to sleep then shower in the morning and leave but it was not a clean or nice experience."

"The room was great. Front desk was super friendly, but there was a 10-minute wait to check in. There was no TV remote in the room. One was brought up, but the guy didn't get the full story because he asked for the one that didn't work. In the restaurant (not the coffee bar), at breakfast, both espresso drinks were served in paper travel cups. Now, that's tacky. When I asked the server about it, she replied that that's all they have. Huh? I was promised at $10 credit for food or drinks,...

"The "street side" of the property was very loud with street noise (cars, motorcycles, etc..). My wife had a hard time sleeping until about 2:30 am. The staff were very nice and the beds were great!"

"Cute building, but really creaky stairs and the bathtub didn't hold water. Breakfast was tasty enough but less than we were expecting. Otherwise the room was clean and no major complaints about the stay"

"Checked in past midnight and the room was so comfortable and the showers actually have HOT showers! 😍 Front desk ladies were kind, and so wonderful and special tha ks to Thoko at the front desk helped to coordinate a late check out so we could get some good rest in. Breakfast was... not so great. Just frozen breakfast sandwiches you can heat up in the microwave, cereal, waffles, and bagels/toast. The fruit was kind of sad looking, and there were no sugar alternative options at all. No sugar...
