"Overall the syay was fine. It was last minute as we chose to stay overnight in spokane to be closer to out very sick dog who was being treated at the pet emergency clinic. The beds were average but it worked for us. The staff was veey friendly and I witnessed great customer service from a staff member to an older gal who was likely seeking treatment down the road. She helped get her coffee and went beyond to help her which was nice to see. I would say if you are going to do the complimentary...

"Friendly staff! Convenient coffee within hotel. The property is located in downtown and the homeless and people on the street can be quite scary at night. Be mindful that train tracks also go through very closely so can be loud. The room was not the cleanest, they barely touch it. I think they make the bed and put new towels and that’s it but they are spacious. One day, they did the room and forgot to do the bed."

"They don’t serve breakfast until 7am on the weekends, so if you have somewhere to be earlier than that, you won’t be getting breakfast here. But the staff was super friendly and the room was clean and comfy."

"The staff was extremely helpful when I needed to take out a large amount of things for my daughter's wedding at the Convention Center next door. They gave me a cart to put the things on and let me leave it with them in the lobby while I parked my car and got my room things situated. I will say that the parking fees could have been waived considering I was already paying almost $500 for two nights and needed to park downtown for my daughter's wedding anyway. "Nice clean hotel with wonderful staff. A bit noisy right by the tracks but really the rooms cut out the noise fairly well. It was a comfortable night’s sleep. The room was clean and updated. It did have a stuffy smell like a dog had been in there. The breakfast was a coupon at a local diner. Delicious! But do be aware the drinks at the diner are extra cost and it is a 2 block walk to the diner. Bummed the fitness facility was at a sister facility a few blocks away. I would definitely stay there...
