地點離高雄巨蛋步行10幾分鐘，對於去聽演唱會的人很友好，且離瑞豐夜市也很近，當天雖然提早到住宿詢問能否先寄放行李，櫃檯小姐說房間已整理好就直接幫我們辦理入住，真的太棒了讓我們可以先進去放東西稍作休息，週邊也有超市大賣場藥局，位置不錯。 廁所還有個浴缸，乾濕分離，大推。

櫃檯人員有些很親切， 有些實在不予置評。 雖然還不到Check in 時間，只是提早到了， 竟然告訴我停車場不能停車， 要我開出去。停車場又不是滿的， 又沒人排隊， 何必這麼強人所難呢？ 其他都很好， 只是找不到一些櫃檯人員的笑容。

這次入住的是四人家庭房，整體體驗都很好，美中不足的是冷氣空調溫度沒辦法調整...，入住當天寒流來襲...空調溫度竟然最高只能18度...冷到躲在棉被內發抖...
