Good location. Reasonable price. We stayed for 3 nights in a twin room at level 10. There was loud drilling noise from 8.30am onwards on two mornings. Housekeeping did not sweep/vacuum the floor even though we requested for daily making up of the room; only new towels and toiletries were provided each day. Hotel-provided bedroom slippers were thrown away daily and there was one day when it was not replenished.

2/11 ，I booked my 4 nights stay for 2/12-2/15(It's the most expensive holiday's stay for Taiwanese lunar new year )! 2/12 afternoon when I checked in with receptionist,I asked her may I enjoy upgrade to the better room type(I am the GOLD MEMBER of hotels.com) ,she answered it's all fully booked already!When I entered my room ,I checked many hotels booking website,this hotel was full of room types to book between 2/12- 2/15! I told one female staff that they lied to me but nobody try to contact with me and no sorry for me! 2/13 ,my family meber went to front desk to ask about parking issue,one female receptionist took a room check in paper and credit card receipt ,she asked my family member to sign his name but I already paid when I booked with hotels.com! 2/14 morning,our bathroom was full of cigarette smoke and into our room(some guests smoked in their bathroom which is illegal but this hotel ignore this problem)I told the house keeper but none of the hotel workers tried to contact with me and say so sorry to me! 2/15 late evening when we came back to our room,there was no house keeping at all! No new towels and no mineral bottle water,my trash can were full of trash ,too! There was no apology from the hotel staffs ,I was so disappointed for this stay! Please remember that,there are many hotels in Kaohsiung city !

飯店的位置不錯，和高雄車站很近，職員有禮有效率，服務態度非常好。設施方面，掛衣服的位置在茶水區上面不太方便，掛鉤不太夠。整體上來說還不錯，單純小住一兩天是可以的。

過年去訂4晚的住宿遇到像我們這樣的遭遇，你們自己能接受嗎？？？高雄還有很多旅館可以訂的！

2/12-2/16過年初二到初五訂4晚住宿，2/11我才訂房的，2/12下午到了旅館因為我是hotela.com 的 gold member 問櫃臺有沒有機會升等客房，櫃臺回答今天都客滿了，後來我回到房間看幾個訂房網站這家旅館2/12-2/16還有很多房型可以訂（如果不能免費升等請直接跟客人說，不要用騙的，手機一按就查的到了！）我有跟旅館的人反應被騙了，但是他們都沒人跟我連絡與道歉！ 2/13第二天早上要出門時我的親友去問停車的問題，櫃臺人員要他簽一張入住確認書還有一張幾千元的刷卡簽單，結果我親友跑來問我不是已經刷卡訂房了嗎？我直接去櫃臺告訴她我訂房都是直接刷卡的，早就已經付清了！ 2/14號早上浴室充滿著煙味還飄出來房間，是其牠房客在浴室抽煙飄到我們浴室了，我出門時有跟房務人員反應，旅館也沒有人與我連絡與道歉！ 2/15晚上快12點回到旅館前，我在附近跟我親友說今天回去該不會又有事情了吧？我猜是房間沒有整理與更換毛巾浴巾等備品，後來上樓進房間後真的被我猜中了，房間完全沒有整理而我用過的毛巾都丟在地上了，我只好連絡櫃臺工作人員送毛巾與瓶裝水上來！ 住了4晚每天都有事，但是我最不能接受的是旅館人員知道了卻完全不當成一回事，如果你們旅館人員自己過年去訂4晚的住宿遇到像我們這樣的遭遇，你們自己能接受嗎？？？高雄還有很多旅館可以訂的！
