"Honestly we felt catfished by this hotel. When we booked we thought the hotel looked amazing, but when we arrived we felt deceived. I can list all the horrible things we experienced starting with their towel policy. They give you tickets for pool towels which you can only get from the front desk which is across the street from our room. If you lose the towel or the ticket you have to pay $20 so that added extra stress to our stay. The hotel room is filled with bugs which sneak in under the front...

I would also suggest that they skim the pool at least twice per day since there are so many bugs that land on the pool. They asked if we were celebrating anything, and I told them it was our anniversary and my wife's birthday, prior to arrival and during the checkin, and no arrangements were made."
