Additionally, the hotel dining area catered to my daughter's allergy needs by preparing her requested meal (price was not inflated). Great customer service! Well done! "

"We stayed 11 days and have nothing but rave reviews .. the staff.. Randall, Jorge, Gerald, Jose..amazing people.. they greated us every day by name, they gave us excellent service, lots of laughs and smiles. Front desk and house keeping very nice and quick. The pool was always nice and clean, lots of beds to lay out on, lots of parking and a quick walk to Playa Hermosa. We enjoyed our stay very much and the amazing bloody ceasar made by Randall 😉"
