"I appreciated the helpful staff, with excellent English for those of us who don’t speak German. Also, the always available coffee was great for my pre-dawn bird watching (which was excellent in the garden). It’s a little bit out of easy walking to places like the train station, and beware that Uber availability is poor in Lucerne."

"Wir hatten die Beschreibung der Unterkunft falsch verstanden, vielleicht ist die Beschreibung etwas zu wenig genau. Wir dachten wir haben ein Hotel mit Spa gebucht. Es war aber ein gehobenes B&B. Kommunikation und Einchecken ging alles online, ich war oft unsicher ob ich alles richtig gemacht habe. Dies könnte man noch verfeinern um Missverständnisse zu verringern. Alles im allem tolle Location, cooles Zimmer und das Highlight war das Frühstück."
