Our trip to Europe was cancelled due to COVID-19. Of all the flights, excursions, and other hotels we had to cancel this is the ONLY hotel that did not refund our money or give us a travel voucher. BOO!!!

There were some renovatìons going on when I stayed. Layout is tad confusing and rooms could use a bit more soundproofing. Room was larger than expected. No issue with cleanliness. Breakfast was almost hotel quality. Somewhere in between hostel and hotel. Good value for pricey Switzerland.

가장 작은방 예약햇엇는데 사람이 업어서 아파트먼트 방으로 업그레이드 되었습니다. 침대 거실 큰 탁자 소파 티비 전신거울 전자레인지 작은 냉장고 욕조 잇엇구요 엄청 깨끗하고 주인분도 친절햇습니다 바 옆인데도 분리되어있어 소음도 전혀 없엇습니다 다만 1층이라 그런지 타 숙소들에 비해 약간 공기가 차가운 느낌이 있긴햇는 반팔입고 자도 괜찮을 정도였어요 위치도 루체른역에서 4 6 7 8 번 버스 타고 2정거장 정도만 오면 되어서 너무 좋앗어요 가성비 갑입니디 추천해요!

We had a wonderful stay. We were upgraded to a cozy apartment with a small kitchenette and bathroom. Everything was clean and the service was exceptional. Delicious breakfast in the morning as well! We would stay again.

They had loud party till midnight.very hard to sleep.everything else fine.add should stress can walk from train as cab charged us 12 to drive us 3 blocks.felt cab also should of said walk.in paris cab driver said to close walk.

Ein ganz tolle Unterkunft mit Bar und selbstgebrautem Bier und sehr leckerem Frühstück. Sehr aufmerksamer und liebenswerter Service. Und besonders Freunde der Schweizer Bundesbahn kommen in den Genuss der Züge, die quasi direkt durchs Zimmer fahren. Im Sommer bei geöffnetem Fenster ein Problem für die vorderen Zimmer. Aber wie gesagt: Tolle Unterkunft und perfekte Lage zur Altstadt, Bahnhof und Messegelände.

루체른역에서 조금 거리가 있어서 트램 타고 다녔어요 그런데 주인아저씨도 너무 친절하시고 조용하고 분위기도 좋았어요 레게 노래가 흘러나오는 식당에서 먹은 조식도 굿굿 조식에 나오는 메뉴 어떤 것도 싸구려나 대충 주는건 없었고 성의있는 메뉴들이었어요 다시 루체른에 와도 여기 묵을래요

First hostel stay

This is my first time staying in a hostel and I was pleasantly surprised. We shared a bathroom with 4 other rooms. It was very clean. The room was also clean. Our room had a fan in it which was great. Breakfast was very basic but good.

In fact, this hotel is just 7 minutes walk to train station if follow the instruction from the host. Don't believe the Google map which will take you more time to walk. The tourism spot can be arrived by walk. The room is big and cozy. The breakfast is nice.

The location from lucerne train station is only 10mins walk which is good as it’s also near attractions. The man wasn’t very enthusiastic in checking us in but helpful in a way. Room is spacious as we get the apartment with bath. Breakfast there wasn’t really much in there apart from bread boiled eggs ham cheese and there were flies everywhere. I had to ask the reception where plates and cutlery are as they were in the cupboard. Check out ok nothing really much exciting .

Friendly, helpful staff.

Really friendly welcome at reception by helpful manager. Room was clean and the bed comfy. Buffet breakfast was ok. Staff went extra mile and provided bucket and water to wash my car. Parking to side of hotel is limited.
